The 30-year-old has been keeping her fans on their toes all through 2023 with her witty, bold, and sometimes shocking posts. She just knows how to connect with people, and some of her 2023 moments have been a testament to it.

From her 31-day Halloween challenge to making a mock documentary about herself, she has made 2023 the best year for herself and her fans. As the curtains are about to fall this year, here is a list of the top five iconic moments from Spiranac’s 2023.

5. The Hoodie
The golf mommy is known for her unconventional and bold fashion choices on and off the golf course. She has faced a lot of criticism and backlash for the same, but she never really changed her style. However, just a few days before, she shocked her fans with her choice of clothes. She posted a video on Twitter of her practicing, and she was wearing a hoodie in it. Yes, a hoodie! Wearing a hoodie isn’t a big deal, but to the influencer’s fans, it sure came as a nice surprise.

4. Thе ‘Lеxi’ Twееt
The golf influencer is not shy about expressing her opinions on important matters. However, it is a rare sight for people to witness her commenting on the LPGA Tour and the female golfers. In October, she surprised everyone by tweeting about Lexi Thompson. The beautiful diva praised the golfer for her performance at the 2023 Shriners Children’s Open and complimented her for playing the same tees as the male golfers. Spiranac’s tweet came as a surprise for fans but was well-received as they liked the gesture.

3. The Golf Analyst
Paige Spiranac is not just a pretty face; she is also a smart and knowledgeable golf instructor. When Paul Azinger’s contract with NBC Sports was not renewed, she did not shy away from stepping up and offering to step in! In November, she surprised her fans by suggesting that she could be a golf analyst for NBC Sports. When NUCL Golf posted a tweet about Paul Azinger and NBC Sports parting ways, Golf Queen quickly reposted the tweet and wrote, “Fine, I’ll step in.” And her followers couldn’t agree more!

2. Thе Holе in Onе
Although Spiranac doesn’t compete anymore, she was once a professional golfer. She left the competitive aspect of the game but found solace in the business and knowledge aspects of golf. Proving that she still has the knack for the on-course aspect, the 30-year-old shot a pleasant ace this year.

In December, she surprised her fans by making a hole-in-one shot on camera. She was just playing some shots on the course when she hit an ace. She posted the video on Twitter and subtly called out everyone who claimed that she couldn’t play. The video beautifully captured her happiness after she made the spectacular ace and also showed glimpses of her ball landing in the hole.

This video went viral and received 2.9 million views. Some fans congratulated her for her incredible feat and praised her skills, while others accused her of faking the video. Spiranac later confirmed that the video was real and not edited. She claimed that it was one of the best moments of her life and was proud of it.

1. Thе Sandy Mounds Avatar
The golf queen is no stranger to criticism and online trolls. But this year, she took the matter into her own hands and decided to troll her trolls. Although she has always handled the negativity with sheer grace and dignity, earlier this year, it was time for ‘Sandy Mounds’ to make her way!

In May, she posted a satirical video that she had directed and written on her own. In the video, she referred to the fact that people on the internet shame her and how she should be a better ‘str***er’ than a golf influencer. Her video was iconic and surprising to the fans, and it took the entire internet by storm.

2023 was indeed a special year for the golf influencer and her fans alike! Her milestones and her skills raised the fans’ expectations of her! With 2024 approaching fast, it would be exciting to see what she has in store for her admirers! Stay tuned to find out all the latest updates about Paige Spiranac.

Paige has several goals to meet and maintain for the next 365 days and it is no surprise that her main goal is to improve her golf.

“I feel like this year just feels a little bit different and I am ready to conquer this year to make changes in my life, positive changes and to keep improving every single day.”

“I’ve never been one for journaling, but a lot of successful people do it. My therapist told me to start. We’re going to be reading more in 2024.”

“We’re gonna do everything it takes to get better at golf. And so maybe that’s buying an indoor putting mat or you’re doing this, we’re practicing indoors. I’m gonna make 100 6 footers every single day.”

Spiranac concluded that she ultimately just wants to do things that make her feel good. It’s sure to be an exciting year for Paige and her fans. Spiranac continues to captivate audiences in the golf world with his authenticity, determination and his touch of humor.

Paige Spiranac recently shared an Instagram story addressing a rumor that has been going around about her undergoing breast reduction. The rumors started after she shared a picture of her wearing a compression gear during a workout. At first, she acknowledged that her breast size had not reduced and later explained the reason why people were thinking that way.

Paige Spiranac

Golf’s top influencer gave three reasons behind why breast size may look different sometimes. The first was the choice of clothes. the second was weight gain or loss. And the third most important reason was, in her words, “that time of the month”.

Paige Spiranac stated the reason behind giving a lesson on the female anatomy is because her “DMs have been crazy” for “the last 24 hours.”

Paige Spiranac Gives a Lesson On Female Anatomy
Golf diva Paige Spiranac referred to the female menstrual cycle as “that time of the month” in her Instagram story. She explained the fact that during this period the breast size may either increase or decrease and that might “impact how natural breast size looks”. She added that her breasts “swell almost 2 cup sizes” during that time of the month.

Spiranac shared another story on Instagram to further explain the concept to men. She asked the guys to imagine their “buddy when it’s freezing” and then asked them to consider “when the blood is pumping”. She stated that the size would not be the same and then added that the same was with the breast sizes.

Paige Spiranac giving comebacks on social media posts is not a new thing. Her newest lesson on female anatomy was pretty scientific. How she adds humor with savageness is always a delight to watch for her fans. The golf influencer has been handling online criticism for years and does so with a punch!

Lexi Thompson rediscovered some consistent form towards the end of last season…here’s how she did it

A single, undisclosed swing thought acted as the catalyst for Lexi Thompson’s game improvement towards the end of the 2023 season.

Lexi Thompson

Speaking exclusively to Golf Monthly, the 11-time LPGA title winner reveals, “I don’t like to stand over a shot and not have anything to think about because then my mind will wander. The thought may vary each day, but whether it’s a wedge or a driver, I like to have one distinct focus for every type of swing in my game.”

Thompson had a shaky start to her 2023 season, but despite concerns about her potential as a weak link for the US Solheim Cup team, she managed to rediscover some consistent form at Finca Cortesin, Spain and contributed 3 points to the American side. She then subsequently posted 3 consecutive top-10 finishes at the LPGA’s season-ending tournaments.

“I got a swing thought that was simple enough and consistent enough for me to play well at those last few events and I have since been working on that to get it even more in sync.”

Thompson, who recently appointed Colton Heisey as her new full-time caddie, begins her 2024 campaign at the LPGA Drive On Championship, Bradenton, Florida from 25-28 January.

“Every time I tee up, my number one goal is to win. I know that if I can go out there and play consistent golf, I’ll put myself in a winning position,” she says, “Maybe not every week, golf is a crazy game, it can be different every single day, but I’ll continue pushing through and working hard to go after those small goals.”

Paige Spiranac’s popularity on social media is incomparable with any other golfer. Although her attempts to become a successful professional golfer may have failed, her hard work to become a top golf influencer has not. Popularity is not just the only thing that the 30-year-old American has earned so far. She has also accumulated a whopping net worth of $3 million.

Paige Spiranac

As per a post by Marca back in 2022, they mentioned that Paige Spiranac makes something around £10,272.25 from each post on Instagram. If converted into US Dollars, it would be around $12,401.

Interestingly, Spiranac’s per Instagram post earnings are more than any other golfer, even Tiger Woods, who comes second and is reported to earn £8,501 (approximately $10,262) per post. While the third highest earner is Rory McIlroy who earns around £7,438 (approximately $8,979).

Spiranac currently has close to 3.9 million followers on Instagram which makes her the most popular golfer on the platform. The 15-time major champion Tiger Woods is ranked second with 3.3 million followers.

Tiger Woods has earned hundreds of millions of dollars from his deal with Nike over the course of 27 years but announced on Monday that the partnership will come to an end

Tiger Woods announced on Monday that he will be ending his multi-million dollar contract with Nike.

Tiger Woods announced his partnership with Nike will come to an end
Tiger Woods announced his partnership with Nike will come to an end.

The golf legend first signed a contract with the world-famous sports manufacturer in 1996 when he was still an amateur. Woods has gone on to win 15 major championships, all of which have seen him wear the Nike logo.

However, Woods and Nike both announced in statements that their respective partnerships would be coming to an end after 27 years. In the time that the agreement has been in place, Woods has earned hundreds of millions of dollars from Nike.

“Over 27 years ago, I was fortunate to start a partnership with one of the most iconic brands in the world,” Woods wrote in his statement on Monday. “The days since have been filled with so many amazing moments and memories, if I started naming them, I could go on forever.”

Tiger Woods Ends Nike Deal, Hints At New Apparel Partner – The Hollywood Reporter

“[Former Nike CEO] Phil Knight’s passion and vision brought this Nike and Nike Golf partnership together and I want to personally thank him, along with the Nike employees and incredible athletes I have had the pleasure of working with along the way.”

“People will ask if there is another chapter. Yes, there will certainly be another chapter. See you in LA! Tiger.”

Tiger Woods
Joe Pompliano of Huddle Up reported that Woods’ earnings in the past 27 years from Nike are between $500 million and $660 million. In that time, Woods has signed four separate deals with Nike to remain one of the brand’s star sponsors for nearly three decades.

In 1996, Woods reportedly signed a five-year deal worth $40 million – that increased to $100 million over another five years in 2001. In 2006, Woods then agreed an eight-year extension that was worth between $160 million and £320 million. The most recent deal Woods signed was in 2013 worth $200 million over 10 years.

But how does that money compare to other sports icons who wear the brand?

LeBron James

In the NBA, LeBron James is currently one of the main stars of the sport that wears Nike.

James became the first active NBA player to be worth a billion dollars back in 2022. In terms of Nike earnings, Forbes reported in 2019 that the Los Angeles Lakers star earns $32 million per season with the brand.

Michael Jordan

Before James, Michael Jordan wore the Nike brand during his career in the 1980s and 1990s. Jordan also has the ‘Air Jordan’ brand within Nike that sees him earn millions of dollars every year.

Jordan first signed a deal with Nike in 1984 after he was drafted by the Chicago Bulls. That deal, which has been running for nearly 40 years, has reportedly seen Jordan receive $1.8 billion in total from Nike.

Roger Federer

In tennis, Roger Federer was one of the biggest stars of the sport to be sponsored by Nike during his career which saw him win 20 Grand Slam singles titles.

In 2018, Federer signed a 10-year $300 million deal with Uniqlo. Before that, Federer had spent more than two decades with Nike, with Pompliano also claiming that deal saw the tennis star earn $10 million per year – that would equate to around $200 million in total earnings from the brand.

Last year was an interesting one for Lexi Thompson. In her first 10 events of 2023, Thompson missed eight cuts, including a stretch of five straight from the U.S. Women’s Open to the Portland Classic.

But something clicked after leaving the Pacific Northwest.

Thompson finished T-19 (Kroger Queen City Championship), T-8 (Walmart NW Arkansas Championship), 5th (The Ascendant LPGA) and T-7 (The Annika) over her final four official LPGA starts of the year. At the Solheim Cup, Thompson compiled a 3-1-0 record. She also teamed with Rickie Fowler at the inaugural Grant Thornton Invitational in December and tied for sixth.

Well, after a successful end to 2023, Thompson has hired a new full-time caddie for the upcoming ’24 season.

Colton Heisey, who was on the bag for Thompson’s last three LPGA starts, will now be looping for the American star full-time.

“I’m super grateful for the opportunity to work with one of the best to ever do it,” Heisey wrote in a post to social media.

Lexi Thompson has had a family member as a caddie for most of her golf career. However, Thompson will follow a different path during the 2024 season.

Nicholas Thompson began 2023 in the care of his sister’s bag but was unable to keep his job for the entire season. A first-half below her expectations prompted Lexi Thompson to shake her team, including her caddie.

That’s how she came to Colton Heisey, with whom Lexi Thompson began working after the Solheim Cup. With Heisey looking after her bag, Thompson found her best form of the season and strung together three Top 10s (T8 at the Arkansas Championship, T5 at the Ascendant and T7 at the Annika). She also finished T6 in the (unofficial) Grant Thornton Invitational.

Lexi Thompson evidently felt comfortable working with Colton Heisey, as this Sunday, January 7, the two announced on their respective social media profiles that they will be working together during the 2024 season.

Grant Thornton Invitational - Final Round

Colton Heisey previously worked with Brandon Matthews, who made his PGA Tour debut in 2023. Matthews finished 196th on the FedEx Cup points list, having compromised his membership on the circuit, so Heisey looked for new a opportunity and found it in Lexi Thompson.

An 11-time LPGA Tour winner and one-time major champion, Thompson has had both her father Scott and brothers Curtis and Nicholas as her caddie. Non-family members who have been in charge of her bag include Kevin McAlpine, Jack Fulghum, and Paul Drummond.

How was the 2023 season for Lexi Thompson?
Although she finally managed to get close to her real LPGA Tour star quality, the 2023 season was not the best for Thompson. So much so, that she reported a drop of more than 25 spots in the Rolex Rankings (6th to 32nd).

Thompson played 17 tournaments during 2023 (15 on the LPGA Tour, two on the Ladies European Tour). She suffered a total of eight cuts, all on the world’s top circuit.

Her first top 10 of the year came at the season-opening Saudi Ladies International (T3). She had to wait nine months to get her second, T8 at the Arkansas Championship.

Even her performance in majors was one to forget. Thompson didn’t make it to the Evian Championship, and her best result was T47 at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. In the other three majors, she was cut.

Despite having had a very poor season, Thompson qualified for the American team for the Solheim Cup, thanks to her place in the Rolex Ranking. The resurgence of her season occurred at Finca Cortesin.

Thompson scored three points in four matches, including winning the singles match 2&1 against Emily Kristine Pedersen. Upon her return from Spain, she became the seventh female player to start in a PGA Tour event, as she received a sponsor’s exemption to tee off at the Shriners Children’s Open.

The 2024 season will be Thompson’s 14th season on the LPGA Tour.

Only a short list of pros have set foot in Tiger Woods’ Jupiter Island, Fla., manse, but they always come away with great stories. That is, as long as they choose to share those stories.

Rory McIlroy was there in March 2021, just over a month after Woods was in a near-fatal car accident. McIlroy later said he was in awe of Woods’ 15 major trophies, but he was more impressed by Woods’ response regarding the location of his other non-major hardware. (“I don’t know,” Woods told him, when McIlroy asked where all of his other trophies were. “My mom has some and a few are in the office and a few are wherever.”)

“I was driving home, and I was thinking [those major trophies] are all he cared about,” McIlroy said. “So how easy must that have felt for him to win all the others?”

There’s also this story from Justin Thomas, who has become one of Woods’ best pals on Tour. Thomas said the first time he went to Woods’ house, which was right before a Masters that Woods wasn’t going to play in due to injury, Tiger asked him to stop over and chip and putt in the backyard.

“And so he’s just teaching me so many shots around the greens, and holes I’m going to use them on [at Augusta] and how to hit different bunker shots and why I can’t do this and why I can’t do that,” Thomas said on GOLF’s Subpar Podcast in 2020. “And I was like, ‘Man, that was unbelievable.’ And then the next year, I’m like, ‘Hey, let me know if you want to do some short-game work this week, I’m around.’ He’s like, ‘I’m playing this year.’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, I know? But let me know if you want to practice.’ He’s like, ‘I’ll see you in Augusta.’” [Laughs]

Which brings us to Patrick Cantlay, who spoke to the media on Wednesday at this week’s season-opening Sentry. In the wake of Scottie Scheffler winning PGA Tour Player of the Year honors over Jon Rahm, Cantlay was asked how he thinks Tour pros prioritize things like scoring average and top finishes and wins.

“Well, I think it comes down to the individual,” said Cantlay, before the ordinarily private pro decided to unveil a little extra. “I’ll tell you a story.”

A story? Count us in.

“I went over to Tiger’s house, I think to talk Ryder Cup after I had won Player of the Year [in 2021], and it felt like a big deal to me at the time that I had got a Player of the Year, and they give you this little Jack Nicklaus bronze trophy,” Cantlay said. “So we’re walking through Tiger’s house and we’re in the basement and he’s got like, 11 of ’em lined up right next to each other all in the corner of the basement — boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. And I go, ‘Hey, I’m catching up,’ and he looked at me and he goes, ‘You got a lot of work to do.’” [Laughs]

The moral of the story here? If you get an invite to Tiger’s house, don’t turn it down.
